Courtney Davis Bristow serves as partner in the Real Estate Group at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, she focuses her practice on representing institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market. Ms. Bristow also represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program. She is experienced in representing regulated lenders, automotive lenders in connection with the origination of automotive dealership financing,national CMBS and other fixed-income lenders, loan servicers, finance companies, mortgage REITS, national insurance companies and clients in the acquisition of performing CMBS and portfolio loans.

Additionally, Ms. Bristow has extensive experience in the full range of debt and equity structures, products and property types, including low income tax-credit financings, structured leases, tenant-in-common financings, mezzanine debt, subdivision development and single-family builder lending, construction and mini-perm financing, portfolio and conduit lending, loan participations and syndications, cash-flow and equity participations, and commercial loan servicing (including special servicing); experience covers all business cycles – including workouts and foreclosures.

Prior to joining Cassin & Cassin, Courtney spent several years in the real estate structured finance group of Winstead PC in its Dallas office.

Ms. Bristow is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Texas Real Estate Council and the Dallas Bar Association (Real Estate Section). She received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University - Dedman School of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
