Joseph Cassin serves as a senior partner at Cassin & Cassin LLP, which he founded in 1986. In this role, Mr. Cassin concentrates his practice in real estate financing, workouts, restructuring and acquisition and disposition of all assets classes of real estate. Additionally, Mr. Cassin has experience with commercial and construction lenders in transactional work.

Building his practice on a foundation of legal excellence and business knowledge, Mr. Cassin has been an extremely valuable counselor to his clients.

Mr. Cassin is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Community Bankers Association of New York, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, National Multi Housing Council, The Urban Land Institute and Westchester County Bar Association. He received his Bachelor of Laws from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
