Matthew M. Dolan is an attorney in the firm's Real Estate Group. He concentrates on commercial real estate transactions representing national and regional lending institutions, corporations, and developers in mortgage loan financings, acquisitions and sales of real property, development of mixed-use projects, and office and industrial leasing throughout the United States.

A significant portion of Mr. Dolan's practice involves representing national banks in multifamily affordable housing complex structured financing transactions. These matters typically include construction and permanent CMBS financings, tax-exempt bond transactions, bond credit enhancements, forward loan commitments, and loan participations and syndications, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executions and other government-subsidized mortgage lending programs.

Mr. Dolan also has experience litigating bankruptcy, construction, and real estate matters in state and federal court.

In law school, Mr. Dolan was managing editor of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dolan interned with the Honorable Sheri S. Roman of the New York State Supreme Court.
