Mari J. Galvin is a partner in the Private Clients Group at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, Ms. Galvin provides estate planning to meet a wide variety of individual needs, including lifetime wealth transfers, charitable planning, and estate planning documents. In addition to wills, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney, Ms. Galvin also represents executors, trustees and personal representatives in their fiduciary capacity.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Galvin was in private practice advising clients on a variety of estate planning matters. This practice followed her work as an associate at Kaye, Scholer, LLP in the Trust and Estates Department.

Ms. Galvin is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, Estate Planning Council of New York City and New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Law Section. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, where she was a member of the New York Law Review and an Articles Editor for the Law Review, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego.
