Bill McConnell serves as an associate in the Real Estate Group at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, he focuses his practice on representing institutional lenders in closing commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale on the secondary market.

Bill has experience representing lenders, servicers and borrowers in connection with secured commercial lending facilities, mortgage-backed-securities, and commercial real estate lending. He represented and counseled clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage origination, financing, leasing, partnerships, loan modifications, workouts, and foreclosures. Prior to joining Cassin & Cassin, Bill was an associate in the real estate practice group at Rubin, Ehrlich and Buckley, P.C.

Mr. McConnell is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. During law school, Bill served as a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
