Dennis W. Mensi serves as a partner in the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Group at Cassin & Cassin LLP. His practice is focused primarily on representing institutional lenders in closing commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market with respect to multifamily and commercial properties of all types including retail, office, hotel, industrial and mixed use. Mr. Mensi also represents investment and commercial banks in the origination of mezzanine loans and in purchasing, selling and syndicating mortgage and mezzanine loans. Additionally, he has experience in handling an array of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of real property.

Mr. Mensi is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the CRE Finance Council, Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, New York County Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and Young Mortgage Bankers Association of New York. Mr. Mensi received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University. Mr. Mensi is also a member of the Freddie Mac Multifamily Legal Advisory Council.
