Rand Boyers Peppas serves as a partner at Cassin & Cassin LLP. With over 30 years of experience as a real estate and real estate finance attorney, Ms. Peppas represents institutions and high net worth individuals in transactions relating to properties throughout the U.S. and in several foreign jurisdictions. Over the course of her career, she has handled a myriad of transactions including: CMBS, balance sheet and mezzanine loans; forward loan commitments; loan participation and B note purchases and sales; property and ownership interest purchases and sales; leasing and ground leasing transactions; loan work-outs and restructurings, including in the context of bankruptcy proceedings; deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions; and loan portfolio purchases, sales and financings in both the U.S. and the U.K.
Prior to joining Cassin & Cassin LLP, Ms. Peppas served as a partner at DLA Piper.
Ms. Peppas received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and California (inactive) and is a member of the CRE Finance Council and CREFC Women’s Network.
