Andrew L. Rosenberg serves as a partner in the Real Estate Group at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, Mr. Rosenberg focuses his practice on and has extensive experience in representing property owners, developers, equity investors and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate and development, including acquisitions, sales, financing and affordable housing transactions. His practice also represents both property owners and tenants in connection with leasing transactions and he frequently represents sellers and purchasers of residential property, including single family homes, town homes, condominium apartments and cooperative apartments in the Northeast and Florida. The breadth and scope of Mr. Rosenberg’s experience also includes the formation of all types of entities for the purpose of owning and developing real property and the drafting of complex operating agreements and partnership agreements with respect to the ownership, development and management of real property.

Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section, International Council of Shopping Centers and New York State Association for Affordable Housing. He received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Law.
