Scott Schwartz is a Partner at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, he focuses his practice on representing institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market and in this capacity, represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program. Prior to this role, he represented real estate developers, public and private companies and individual investors in the structuring of various real estate transactions. He has experience in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial, retail and residential properties on both a national and local level. He has also represented some of the largest landlords in the New York area in the leasing of office properties. In addition, Mr. Schwartz's broad experience includes the drafting of operating agreements, joint venture agreements and related documents. He also has experience in working with Industrial Development Agency financings, economic incentives and similar economic benefit agencies.
